Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We ship Canada-wide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All product costs for shipping varies, as it is calculated by size, weight, and location. 

* For large orders, we will contact you with more information and calculate shipping rates based on order quantity via third-party logistics.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once we have processed your order, we will send your tracking information via the email that you have provided in the order.


Delivery zones and rates

Once we have processed your order, we will prepare your items and contact you for delivery. Please provide as much detail as possible for delivery instructions to ensure seamless transaction. Some locations are more difficult than others to make a safe drop off.  To ensure the safety of our drivers, if a delivery is not feasible, we will hold items and will require you to pick up at our warehouse location.

We do our best ensure you are around during the delivery as to not leave any parcels unattended. Unless instructed to, we will not leave orders unattended and assume no responsibility if items are loss or damaged should you request them to be left unattended. 

A temporary fuel surcharge and delivery schedule has been implemented to maintain prices and quality of service.

Zone 2: Surrey, Port Kells, Steveston, Queensborough,

2-3 Business days



Zone 3: North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, White Rock, Langley, Abbotsford

3-5 Business days



Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

QNP Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and delivery. The Service provider and handler you use to have products sent to shall assume the responsibility. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier.


Customs, duties, and taxes

QNP Supplies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



QNP Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
